Manufacturing Engineer

Experince : 2 Years
Description :

The qualified candidate will have manufacturing process improvement experience, exposure to lean principles, and the ability to write clear work procedures and instructions.  The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for managing and improving KPI's, performing root cause analysis on the shop floor, designing tooling and fixtures, and providing clear work procedures to the shop floor team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead efforts to develop new process technology to support manufacturing of existing
  • products   and implementing new product designs into production.
  • Support lean activities that may include working towards six-sigma initiatives
  • Support the improvement of production KPIs: OTD, First pass yield, NCR pare to, Shop efficiency
  • Provide technical support to drafting on product and manufacturing routers.
  • Write and update manufacturing procedure, engineering procedures and installation instructions
  • Design tools and equipment
